Friendly staff and cleanliness met my needs. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Tandoori King that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel of choice in Vancouver.

The staff was helpful on questions we had. Dosa Corner, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. No complaints with the venue. Perfect for vacation...

It was a nice hotel for the money. It was close to some very nice restaurants and the superstore. The management and staff were very congenial and knowledgeable regarding the area.

no response to an enquiry about a 2nd charge appearing on my VISA card. handing it over to the fraud department of my bank to investigate fully..

I liked the spacious room and well equipped bathroom. The continental breakfast was enjoyable.

I did not like the exterior road noise.

slow shuttle service,the hotle needs upgrding & reception area needs a new & fresh makeup.

Price is reasonable and within close proximity to places where we want to go!

Need remodelling work for the complete building; glad to see some remodelling work was going on!

Suited our needs as we booked your hotel for a rest prior to departing on a 15 hour air flight back to Australia and also for the free shuttle service to the airport - however as we only used the hotel from 3-10.00pm a snack could have been provided in lieu of the breakfast which was included in the price - we did make a request and did not receive a response nor the snack.

The shuttle service was provided, We were on an international flight back to Australia however the driver dropped us off at the international arrival with our luggage and we had to make our way to the international departures - this was totally unsatisfactory. I believe the driver did this for his convenience and gave us no option, even though we requested that we required the departures gate.

Shuttle bus to airport. Food reasonable, good choice, within hotel. able to take room on arrival.

It was cheap and had free parking.

The curtains in my room didn't block any light; the TV remote only worked right next to the TV; and they don't have enough desk staff.

The price was reasonable. I found it relatively easy to make the reservation online. My question was answered rapidly and politely by e-mail.

The location is not convenient for anything except the airport shuttle.
